Looks like I’m in a tropical mood today. No. I’m not on a tropical island somewhere in the South Pacific… I’m just sitting at home and sipping this colorful and yummy smoothie! Yeah, this smoothie definitely lifts my mood! And this photo is so warm, so fresh… When I look at it, I can imagine myself on the beach enjoying the warm sun along with this cold smoothie… This is one of the reasons I am so happy that summer is just around the corner!

Let’s talk a little bit about this drink. It’s made with celery, pineapple, pear and banana. Don’t be scared of the taste – celery blends perfectly with other ingredients! A little bit sweet, with a hint of celery flavor that’s not overwhelming… Definitely a winner! It’s easy, fresh, healthy and full of good-for-you stuff.

  • 3 stalks celery , chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple , cubed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pear
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
