Instructions
Preheat the oven to 250°C/ 475°F or as hot as it goes. place a baking sheet or pizza stone in the oven while it is heating.
Roll or stretch out the pizza dough to a round of about 12 inches diameter.
Spread the muhammara all over, leaving a 1 inch perimeter around the edge.
Dot over the cherry tomatoes, olives, mozzarella and anchovies.
Slide the pizza onto the hot pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for about 5 minutes, until puffed and with golden crusts.
Drizzle over the olive oil, scatter with the basil, slice, and serve hot.
