Papaya Banana Smoothie with Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped fresh papaya
  • half a lime , zested and juiced
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • ½ cup ice
  • chia seeds , for topping (optional)
  • hulled hemp seeds , for topping (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients (except chia and hemp seeds, if using) together in a blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle with seeds of your choice and serve.
