- 1 apple
- 1 small zucchini coarsely chopped
- 1 pear coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 handful spinach
- chia seeds for topping
Peel and chop the apple coarsely. Put in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
Let the apples cool a bit and then add to the blender together with the zucchini, pear, honey, yogurt, and spinach.
Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses over ice and garnish with chia seeds.
