Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (360ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups (320g) roughly chopped papaya
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup , or more to taste
  • ¾ cup (120g) frozen mango cubes
  • 1 cup (125g) ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon hulled hemp seeds , for topping (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients (except hemp seeds, if using) together in a blender until smooth. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and serve.
