Healthy Deviled Eggs

- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp capers drained
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp scallions chopped
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- salt and pepper
Bring a pan of water to a boil. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then drain and plunge into iced water.
Meanwhile, mix the yogurt, mustard, capers, and garlic powder together.
Peel the eggs and halve lengthwise.
Add the yolks to the yogurt mixture. Blend or mash with a fork until very smooth. Season to taste.
Fill the cavities of the hard boiled eggs with the creamy deviled mixture.
Sprinkle with the scallions, dust with paprika, and serve hot or cold.
