Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped fresh papaya
  • 1 banana
  • 2 dates
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed , plus more for topping
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder of your choice (I used plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Sprinkle with ground flaxseed and serve.

NOTES:

  • Chia seeds or hulled hemp seeds can also be used for topping.
