- 2 (6 oz. (170 g) each) salmon fillets , skin on
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) mayonnaise
- ½ tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons (15 g) furikake
Preheat the broiler. Position a rack 4-5 inches (10-13cm) from the broiler.
Line a baking sheet with foil and grease with oil or cooking spray. Put the salmon fillets, skin side down, on the baking sheet.
Combine the mayonnaise, soy sauce, and toasted sesame oil in a small bowl. Evenly spread the prepared mixture in a thin layer over the salmon fillets, then sprinkle furikake on top.
Broil the salmon fillets for 8 minutes, or until the desired doneness (the time depends on the thickness of the fish).
Serve the salmon fillets over rice, noodles, quinoa, or any whole-grain you like!
