Ingredients

  • 10 medjool dates stoned
  • 5 tsp peanut butter
  • 4 oz dark chocolate
  • 2 tsp roasted peanuts crushed

Instructions

  • Remove the stones from the dates and squeeze gently at each end to open up the cavity.
  • Fill each date with 1/2 tsp peanut butter.
  • Melt the chocolate. Dip each date into the melted chocolate to enclose completely. Place on parchment paper and sprinkle with a pinch of crushed peanuts.
  • Leave to set in the fridge until the chocolate is firm.
