- 10 medjool dates stoned
- 5 tsp peanut butter
- 4 oz dark chocolate
- 2 tsp roasted peanuts crushed
Remove the stones from the dates and squeeze gently at each end to open up the cavity.
Fill each date with 1/2 tsp peanut butter.
Melt the chocolate. Dip each date into the melted chocolate to enclose completely. Place on parchment paper and sprinkle with a pinch of crushed peanuts.
Leave to set in the fridge until the chocolate is firm.
