pita bread or Greek fries
Instructions
Mix the chicken chunks with the oil, garlic, herbs, spices, and lemon juice.
Leave to marinate in the freeze for at least 2 hours.
Thread onto skewers, alternating with pieces of onion.
Grill on a hot barbecue or griddle pan until blackened and charred, but still tender and juicy inside.
Serve with yogurt and salad, with fries on the side or stuffed into flat breads.
