Air Fryer Peaches with Coconut Crumb Topping

These air fried peaches make a great alternative to grilled fruit and require less time and effort to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (80 g) shredded coconut
  • ½ cup (100 g) brown sugar
  • ½ cup (115 g) cold butter , cubed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 peaches , halved and pitted
  • vanilla ice cream , to serve (optional)

Instructions

  • Place the shredded coconut, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and cinnamon in a food processor and blend to form soft, crumbly mixture. Fill each peach half with this mixture, then place them in the air-fryer basket and fry for 15 minutes at 375°F (190°C) or until golden brown on top.
  • Serve peaches warm,  topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
