1/2lb (225g)skinless salted salmon, can be substituted with smoked salmon or gravlax, cubed
2large tomatoes, seeded and cubed
1/2cupsweet white onion, finely diced
1green onion, chopped
avocados, halved and seeded, for serving
lemon juice, for drizzling
Instructions
In a bowl, add the salmon, tomatoes, onion, and green onions and mix well. Chill and serve in the avocado halves. Drizzle with some lemon juice. Enjoy!
