Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb (225g) skinless salted salmon , can be substituted with smoked salmon or gravlax, cubed
  • 2 large tomatoes , seeded and cubed
  • 1/2 cup sweet white onion , finely diced
  • 1 green onion , chopped
  • avocados , halved and seeded, for serving
  • lemon juice , for drizzling

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add the salmon, tomatoes, onion, and green onions and mix well. Chill and serve in the avocado halves. Drizzle with some lemon juice. Enjoy!
