Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie

  • 2 medium ripe avocados , peeled, pitted, and cubed
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any other milk)
  • 1 cup ice


  • Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Spoon the flesh out of the skins and place into a blender.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve.
