Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped fresh ripe pineapple
  • 1 sliced and frozen banana
  • 1/2 large avocado
  • 1 cup packed fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon hulled hemp seeds , for topping (optional)

Instructions
