  • 1 apple
  • 1 small zucchini coarsely chopped
  • 1 pear coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 handful spinach
  • chia seeds for topping


  • Peel and chop the apple coarsely. Put in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Let the apples cool a bit and then add to the blender together with the zucchini, pear, honey, yogurt, and spinach.
  • Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses over ice and garnish with chia seeds.
