This smoked salmon, quinoa, and radish salad is packed with different flavors. Delicious, filling, and super nutritious, it makes a great spring or summer meal!
In a large bowl, combine red beans, onion, tomatoes, radishes, spinach, and smoked salmon. Add the cooked quinoa and stir well.
To make the dressing, combine all the dressing ingredients in a small jar with a lid and shake to blend.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well. Enjoy!
