Sometimes I need to “reboot” my body with something healthy. However, I am not a huge fan of sacrificing the taste for a healthy kick. I am actually surprised that one cup of this smoothie can contain such a crazy amount of health benefits. Avocado + Mango + Spinach, oh boy! One sip of this green cocktail will wake Popeye in you!

- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 avocado , peeled and pitted
- 1 mango , peeled and pitted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2-4 ice cubes (optional)
Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
